The entire Berkeley team beginning with Joe & Jenna to Tom our super on our house all the way down to their subs are top notch. We have built homes with other builders in past but by far hands down, the entire building process to servicing minor warranty items months after moving into our dream home, no one else compares. This is even with taking over a year to design the house to making multiple changes during the process, they were extremely accommodating. We have friends who had their homes custom built by other builders even say what an amazing quality job Berkeley building ours. If we decide to build another home in the future, we would be honored to have them again! -2019
