This is a top notch builder with amazing staff. We had a home built in 2017... Our home is built solid. Each day the site was cleaned up before the crew left. Elena has done an absolute awesome job getting the 1 year warranty items completed, she has been friendly, polite, professional, competent, on-time and on-point. Her best quality is she lets you know when things will be done and they get done and she has done a really remarkable job over the last month or so we’ve been working together. Mind you, I have been traveling back and forth to Arizona for work and she has still managed to maintain timelines and promises. She has also repeatedly reassured the new buyer that small items will be resolved and that she will make herself available, even after the sale of the home, for any questions they may have. It is worth noting that BOTH agents and the new home buyer have repeatedly commented positively on her performance and going the extra mile to make sure things were being taken care of.
