Ship Preparation

  • Complete full set of construction drawings
  • Submit for community ACC final approval of plans, elevation, exterior finishes and landscaping
  • Submit for calculated HVAC and structural engineering drawings
  • Submit for building permit to the city

Setting Sail

  • SCHEDULED ONSITE VISITS: Berkeley Building Co. operates closed construction sites for everybody's safety and security
