The 2016 St. Jude Dream Home Campaign is officially underway as Berkeley Building Co. broke ground on their 4th St. Jude Dream Home on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in the beautiful Reflection Ridge community in South Meridian.
“All of us at Berkeley Building Co. couldn’t be more excited to embark on our 4th St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Dream Home. For the first time we will be building the Dream Home in Meridian, Idaho, recently voted the #1 best city to live in America by the Wall Street Journal.
The generosity of Quatro Properties and 43 Degrees North/Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate made land in the stunning Reflection Ridge community a reality for this year’s campaign, where we will be able to unveil a new single-level plan, the Belmont. This year’s Dream Home will offer enticing features like a full guest quarters, allowing for multi-generational living…among many other innovations and surprises.
Once again, we get to rally our team of suppliers and contractors, as well as the community as a whole, to raise an unprecedented amount of money for the children and families of St. Jude. We hope to sell out quickly for this amazing cause that works so tirelessly towards the goal of eradicating pediatric cancer,” commented Berkeley Building Co.’s President, Joe Atalla.
Over the past three Dream Home Campaigns, Berkeley Building Co. and their team have been able to contribute more than 2.5 million dollars to the children and families of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. And they hope to raise so much more this year.
Tickets for the 2016 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway go on sale April 1st, 2016 and it opens to the public for viewing on weekends starting April 30,2016. The actual Dream Home Giveaway will take place live on KTVB, Sunday, June 12, 2016. Tickets are $100 with a 1 in 8,777 chance of winning the home. But there are lots of other amazing prizes to win.
