The 2015 St. Jude Dream Home Campaign is officially underway as Berkeley Building Co. broke ground on their 3rd St. Jude Dream Home on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in the new FOXTAIL ESTATES community in Eagle, ID.

Over the past two Dream Home Campaigns, Berkeley Building Co. has been able to contribute more than 1.6 million dollars to the children and families of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with the help of our generous suppliers, contractors and developers. And we hope to raise so much more this year

This more than 2,600 SF home is set in FOXTAIL ESTATES due to the generosity of M3 Companies. LLC. FOXTAIL ESTATESoffers a community pool, playground, walking paths and ponds and is ideally located just East of Linder Road on the North side of Chinden.

The 2015 Dream Home will feature a new master-on-main, courtyard entrance plan designed specifically for this year’s campaign. Berkeley Building Co. will not disappoint this year, with stunning finishes, two large outdoor living spaces, an adorable and convenient potters shed and of course our specialty…a few secret rooms for good measure.

Tickets for the 2015 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway go on sale April 10th, 2015 and it opens to the public for viewing on weekends starting May 16, 2015. The actual Dream Home Giveaway will take place live on KTVB, Sunday, June 28, 2015. Tickets are $100 with a 1 in 8,577 chance of winning the home. But there are lots of other amazing prizes to win.
