From the design experience with Cheryl (she is a true gem) through the final walk through it was flawless. We were very impressed with our final walk through with Joe, the owner. It is apparent that he cares about each and every house that is built and wants the final outcome to be exactly what the homeowners want. Every detail of our house is stunning and we are so happy to call it home! Thank you to everyone at Berkeley Building for making it happen!

The whole team at Berkeley is fantastic! We are building our first home through them and will never use anyone other then them for our next homes to come! They truly care about the customer and are completely selfless. They have continually gone out of their way to make this an incredible experience, and be as comfortable as possible. Building a "custom" home is never easy, we gave them all of our ideas, wants, and needs, and they make it work, and fit in our budget! Also, they may not be a mass quantity house builder's, but more of a quality home builder! Great company, great staff, and great homes!
